About Me..

I was raised in Long Island, New York and became interested in the art of therapy at a young age. Being part of a large and blended family, I became an expert at observing relationship dynamics and patterns of interaction, and became curious about the driving force behind human behavior.

My passion for relationships, connection, and mental wellness is fueled and inspired by loved ones and witnessing first hand what commitment to the therapeutic process can look like, and the trickle effect it can play in systems at large.

Like many, I’m not unfamiliar with anxiety, challenges, and disconnection. I know what it’s like to feel untethered - to search for clarity, and sense of home within yourself. These human experiences inspired me to hold space for others - not as someone with all the answers, but as a steady guide walking alongside you. I believe healing happens in relationship: when we feel seen, safe and supported.

My work is rooted in presence, trust, and the belief that even in the most difficult seasons, something inside us is still reaching towards light. Therapy to me, is about retuning to that part, and growing from the roots up.

I believe healing is both grounding and expansive. Like roots that anchor a tree and ripples that travel across a pond, your inner work supports not only your own growth, but also the healing of your family, relationships, and the world around you."

"I believe healing is never isolated. Like a ripple in still water, the work you do within yourself touches every part of your life—and sends quiet waves of transformation through your family, community, and systems at large."
